Thanks so much! I decided not to replace the flight suit because I did really like how the weathering turned out. It is tricky getting the right amount of browns, greys and blacks without going overboard. ESB is easier with just a dusting from my soot pigment powderEspecially love the weathering o the coveralls on that ROTJ! Really looks "right"!!!
Wow, these are tough questions. Can I instead choose one of my children? Just kidding, but yes it is hard to answer. Let me share simple thoughts on each one and answer the above. I'll share these in the order I built them:questions: since you are one of the very few (if indeed there are any others) who have done a build of ALMOST every cool version of Fett there is to do...
1) which one was the hardest?
2) which one was the most rewarding?
3) which one would you choose to take with you to live on a deserted island if you could only take one? (i.e. which one do you love the most?)
4) what are visiting hours of your museum?
Much appreciated! I work from home, my kids are both grown and out of the house and my wife, as mentioned, is a saint and let's me piddle in the paint room for hours, which helps with the prolific nature of my builds. Can't wait to see yours! As I've said to you on many of your IG posts! You are a super talented genius and I'm super jealous! The great thing about it is you're an absolute inspiration brother because I'm starting my armor at least the prep part this weekend and seeing your post and Fett from hell and all the other guys paint ups and it just spurs me on to get mine done which I'm so excited for! Cheers my dude!
I will tell you that the mannequin is consistently the hardest part of the build. Most of my mannequins underneath are mix and match, which gets expensive. Here's a pic of each mannequin and a breakdown of what I used for which Fett:Any chance someone could sell me a mannequin posed like this ready to dress?….lol..
