Thanks for the images, Steven. I'm not a fan of the cut out photos, it takes away from the overall beauty of the image (and yes, I want to see why that lady is distracting).
The abdominal plate from the Blu-ray armor is the original Pre-Pro #2 plate which was replaced with the Pre-Pro #1 for promotional purposes, because that plate had a working speaker installed inside.
The full original photos will be uploaded as well, but not under a folder that makes unclear what people are looking at. So for the blu-ray armor pics, I will upload the original under the Archives folder and keep the blacked out versions under PP1, PP2, etc. so that when people click on the folders they only get what they’re looking for and not a mixed up costume.
One of the things I found most frustrating is when I struggle to know what I’m looking at - especially with the costume combos including all the mixed up components. Used to drive me nuts when I just wanted to see all PP1 stuff, but would have to constantly make sure anything else in the photo wasn’t from something else. Especially if I just want to see the left chest armor in higher resolution.
I want photos to be quickly available as tools/references and as historical/archival reasons. But a blind photo dump into each category if one component is a match drives me nuts. You should see how organized my hard drive is lol… broken down similar to the Media Gallery, but with additional sub folders for Original (Vintage), Original (Contemporary), Documents, Scans, Edits, etc.
